Hello, Does the 'sbiofit' function have functionality implemented for likelihood=based handling of BLoQ censored data, similar to functionality in NONMEM and other softwares? If not, are there plans to implement this?

Thanks,

Abed

This is the first time I remember hearing about such an enhancement. I'd like to make sure it gets added to our list of potential enhancements. Can you share any more information? Is likelihood-based handling the only approach you could want for BLoQ handling? And do you know if the likelihood-based approach you mention is the one described here ? Basically, the more details you can provide, the better chance we have of implementing the functionality you actually need. :-)

Hi Arthur, Yes, this is what I'm referring to. To be honest, I'm not very familiar with the differences between the methods and the practical considerations of implementing and using them, but I think Method M4 seems to be most accurate.

Thanks,
