Via a particle photon and webhook, i am sending data to THINGSPEAK. The channel indicates entries e.g. 1239 entries but the graphs are empty. Can anyone help me to fix this? Thanks

The hard coding worked, it show 10 in the channel. Can you please suggest a cause?

Since the hard coding worked, it means the problem is the data you are sending to particle, or how you are reading that data in the web hook. Whatever you have in the {{PARTICLE_EVENT_VALUE}} , or the spot where you hardcoded to 10, is coming into the web hook as blank. See if you can track where that variable is coming in for your web hook request.

Looks like the image was stripped for some reason. Can you summarize the settings perhaps? Were you able to test it with a hard coded value?

Does this settings information help? I didn't used a hard coded value, what does this mean, just write a subscribe statement with a fixed number?

By hard coding a value, I mean in the "Form Fields" section, instead of {{PARTICLE_EVENT_VALUE}} for field1 just put a number, like 10. Be sure you use field1, not your field name labels, by the way. Then you can test what happens in your channel when the webhook is triggered with a known value.

Can you share your webhook code? (perhaps a screen shot) The format must include field titles. They have a really good tutorial here . Instead of writing a variable, one thing I would try is to hard code a value in the webhook code. For example, just write the number 10 instead of a variable, and see if that works.
