Cannot login into Thinksspeak on Microsoft Surface anymore

I am using a Microsoft surface laptop (running on Microsoft RT) and using a Explorer browser (which unfortunately cannot be upgraded to Microsoft Edge, or replaced by Chrome or Firefox). Until end of August 2021 I could log into ThingSpeak, with the login (email) entry fields in page https/:thingspeak.com (after clicking "Get started for free"). However since end of August this email entry item does not appear anymore on the webpage of thingspeak.com on my Surface. So I can't login anymore and thus can't use Thingspeak anymore on my Surface RT laptop. This is rather frustrating. Is there a possibility of provide arguments to the URL so that I can login directly (e.g. https://thingspeak.com/login?email?password, or something similar) or do you know another way to login. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The operating installed on this Surface (tablet/laptop) is Windows RT8.1. It can only load applications from Microsoft App Store. Unfortunately The only browser in the store is Microsoft Explorer. This worked fine for ThingSpeak until end of August. Now it problably would work if I could login into the website. But as I mentioned, I don't see the login entry anymore, on my Surface. Therefore, my question was, whether it would be possible to directly login with some extended URL (or is there another possibility to login)?

It turns out that Windows RT 8.1 is officially declared at end-of-life by Microsoft over 3 years ago.

For obvious reasons, including that Microsoft is recommending Edge, Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for ThingSpeak. Unfortunately there is no URL-based login to ThingSpeak and there are no plans to add it at this time.

The only workaround I can think of is to use a remote desktop client on the Windows RT 8.1 tablet that connects to a computer that has a supported browser installed. Use the supported browser to log in to ThingSpeak.

Can you tell me more about why you cannot use Chrome, Firefox or Edge on your surface laptop?

In general being tied to Internet Explorer seems like it will cause issues sooner or later. See Microsoft's official policy on Microsoft Internet Explorer and what they have to say about Microsoft apps' support for IE .
