Hola, mi proyecto es con NodeMcu ESP8266, en el puerto serial obtengo datos cada 2 minutos asi esta programado, en la grafica salta datos y algunas veces durante una hora o mas, Qoe podria hacer?

Can you connect the device to read out the serial monitor and see what the answer from ThingSpeak is when you attempt to write?
Are you using the ThingSpeak communication library ?
These problems are often the result of poor connectivity. Can you measure the strength of the wifi in the area where the device is? I often write the wifi strength to an other field, just so I know my wifi strength is consistent.
Hola, si puedo conectar el dispositivo y ver la respuesta en ThingSpeak, en el monitor tengo lecturas cada 2 minutos, asi lo programe, y no todas las lecturas llegan a ThingSpeak. Si, estoy utilizando la biblioteca de ThingSpeak. La fuerza del WiFi con mi telefono celular y marca la barra completa.
If you are using the library, you should be able to make sure there is a positive response from ThingSpeak each time. If there is a data 'accepted' response from ThingSpeak, then I'm sure the data is in ThingSpeak.
When you read back the data from ThingSpeak, do you see all the values you wrote? If so, then the problem is in the chart settings. You can use the read data API in your browser window to check. Use the form:

You may need to include the API key if the channel is private. See the read data page for more help.
Is your channel a public channel? If so, can you share the channel ID? In a public channel I can look at your data and see if it is all there.
El canal es privado, si lo necesita le doy las claves para entrar
Tengo la aplicacion en mi celular y veo el mismo grafico, faltan algunos datos que se llagan a convertir en horas, en mi celular utilizo la API de lectura y para enviar datos utilizo la API de escritura.
Copie el enlace que me envio en mi navegador, escribi el canal pero no me dio datos
Since your channel is private, you will need to use the read API key to get data.

You can get the Read API key from the API keys tab in your channel view on ThingSpeak. You don't need to share the channel if you wish it to remain private, but if you can show the output data you get from the command above, that would be helpful.
Listo, en el monitor salen todos sin interrupción, en la grafica se siguen perdiendo datos
Can you try the API command in the browser with your channel ID and API key? Do you see the same data as on the graph? If possible, can you post the response here (no need to share the channel or API key here, just the response) As soon as we confirm what the data looks like in ThingSpeak, then we can look for other issues.
I got data from browser with Chanel ID and API key, the data is complet, but not at graph.
Ejemplo en el buscador, me dice que tengo datos a las 13:35:12, a las 13:35:42 y a las 13:36:12, asi lo programe, en la grafica aparece el que corresponde a 13:35:12 y el de 13:36:12, salta el 13:35:42
If the data is complete, then is the graph settings at fault. Can you click the pencil icon on the top of your chart. Make sure the settings highlighted in the attachment match yours (timescale, Average, Median, Sum).

Es temperatura ambiente, ya quite el max y min
Does your plot change if you remove the y value maximum setting?
Can you remove the "max de' datos"? If the values happened to be over 35, your plot would not show them.
