Current system concept development workflows require many disconnected manual steps across different tools and experts, leading to long development cycles and inconsistent handovers. As a result, only a small fraction of possible architectures, hardware designs, and control strategies are explored, and better solutions often remain undiscovered.
FEV GenAISys is an end-to-end framework that accelerates early-phase system development by combining generative AI with AI-based optimization for system and control concept optimization. The workflow guides the user from use case selection through system parameter definition, generative AI-based architecture generation, parameter selection for hardware and control strategies, measurement-driven digital twin calibration, and fully automated optimization of the complete system configuration.
