Custom Reference Design, Part 3: Registering with MATLAB
Deploying your design to an FPGA requires mapping the inputs and outputs of your design to FPGA pins, AXI registers, or other FPGA blocks. To deploy your design to a custom reference design, register the reference design with MATLAB®. HDL Coder™ can then use the reference design registered in MATLAB for targeting. You’ll learn:
- What MATLAB files you need to create
- What information must be provided in these MATLAB files
- What you need to do to make sure that the files are available on the MATLAB search path
