None of those six bullet points indicate that anything is wrong with your installation. Certain capabilities of the products you've installed require additional setup / configuration / installation steps that the Installer cannot perform. These bullet points describe what those additional steps are. If you don't need or want to use those capabilities right now (or ever) you can postpone or skip those additional steps.
As for being unable to find MATLAB in the list of installed programs or to launch it, at step 9 of the installation process did you select to add shortcuts for MATLAB to the Start menu and/or the Desktop? [I know you're using Windows because of the path to the setup file in additional step 4b.]
If you didn't add the shortcut, try one of the other techniques given on this page to start MATLAB. You could also navigate to the MATLAB root directory and create a shortcut from the executable in the bin subdirectory.

It doesn't sound like this is going to be a problem that's easy to diagnose and fix via back-and-forth messages on Answers. Please contact Technical Support using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page and ask them for help determining if your installation was created correctly and repairing or redoing it if it wasn't.
