I'm currently doing my third-year studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, I tried to get MATLAB via my student mail id, but Unfortunately, I cannot get the installation software, Can anyone give me any ideas to register for this opportunity?

You might try posting in the main MATLAB answers section. ThingSpeak community is intended for IoT workflows and issues related to ThingSpeak.
I suggest you talk your school into getting a campus wide MATLAB license! Over 2000 other schools have full licenses for their students.
You can also use MATLAB within ThingSpeak without a seperate MATLAB license. Use the MATLAB Analysis and Visualizations apps to write MATLAB code.
