Non-mass transfer graphical linkages

Hello,
I've looked around and I haven't found anything obvious about this, but is it possible to link to species/reactions, graphically, in a non-mass transfer sense? I have areas in my model where it would conceptually make sense to be able to see that species or reactions are linked, but if I link them in the standard way it demands that it be involved in the stoichiometry.
Perhaps some kind of dotted line, or similar?
Thank you, best regards,
Dan

there are two options to achieve this:
  1. You can add the same species as reactant and product to a reaction. This will show a dashed line between the species and the reaction. In this reaction you can of course use a custom reaction rate so that it does not depend on this species if needed.
  2. If the reaction rate depends on species, you could instead clik on the reaction and go the Property Editor. At the bottom of the panel, in the 'Block' section you can set 'Expression Lines' to true. This will display a dash-dotted line between ther eaction and the species. This works with Compartments and non-constant parameters as well. Note that expression lines can also be shown to connect repeated assignments or rate rules to model components.
Both options are used in the following example:

Hi Jeremy,
That's incredible, thank you. Both methods work exactly as I wanted! Thank you for the very quick reply.
Best regards,
